Laview app iphone

New laview camera. iPhone laview app. Will not down load

enter my email password it asks for then just look like it working on it.

But goes no where?

iPhone 4s, iOS 9

iOS 9.3.6 is the latest iOS version for iPhone 4S, can’t be update to a higher iOS.

If you mean this app, see -> Compatibility iPhone -> Requires iOS 11.0 or later.

Yes, most apps require iOS 12 or later.
