Apply Pay transaction Issue

Hello Apple,

I was sending the money into apple wallet via NetBanking, but I didn't see any credit happened till now in my Wallet. The amount of INR 2,000 has been debited from A/c X8876 to Apple Medi.Ref IGAOUBVSM6 on 9Dec2022. I tried once again with an additional INR 500.

Details are:

Transfer to 3199618162099-INB Apple Media Service BILL_RMKVS payments- XSBI0908000736IGAOUBVSM6

Could you please review the status and let me know the cause and solution?
