How to Remove from Storage-Other Users
OS: Ventura.
Mac Studio
In About This Mac/Storage, I show that "Other Users" takes up 270 GB.
How do I delete this "Other Users"? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Are you positively absolutely sure that there are not other users?
One easy way to check this: in the Finder, press Command-Shift-H to go to your home folder; then press Command-Up Arrow to move one folder up. You should see at least two folders there: your home folder (with the same name as your user account) and a "Shared" folder. Is there anything else there?
If there are other folders, probably that is where all that extra data is. If not, then how big is the "Shared" folder? Select it and press command-I to find out.

“Other users” is referencing the other profiles on your Mac. If you want to delete their storage space, they either need to clear the files out themselves or you can delete their account (if you are admin).

This ( my ) computer has exactly 1 User Account and not even a Guest Account which is disable ( my choice )

..Thanks for replying. I do not have any other user log-ins! That is what is ironic about this. This is an OS-generated 'thing' (don't know what else to call this).
I am unable to search this or find this particular file, etc. - but I want use of this space.
More info for clarity:
-I do not have other profiles (user log-ins) to delete.
-From research, I have found that "Other Users" (270 GB), is not one singular file but rather a Hodge podge of many files (file names not given).
My next step, if I am unable to resolve it, will be to schedule an appointment at the Genius Bar.

A couple of things jump
1 - As a Developer 793.4 MB are appearing as part of Storage.
Am not a Developer but perhaps some of the Other Category is occupied by some of what is being developed.
2 - The Mac Studio has had how may upGrades in its' lifetime
Again, thank you both for your assistance. And, I am LOVING the Mac Studio Apple M1 Max w/64 GB RAM, coming from an older iMac. Because of this upgrade, I am now able easily and quickly ingest, edit, and render 4k footage.

Yes indeed, there were folders in the "shared" folder. I would imagine,safe to delete? thank you so much!

This is my first rodeo with Mac Studio (1 week in) and so far, I am loving it.
I'm on the 1 TB Hard Drive and it's frustrating to not be able to use those 270 GBs.

I think you can safely delete the contents of the Shared folder.
But before you do: how big is that? Select the Shared folder, press Command-I. That is say anything on the order of 200+GB?

You won't believe the size of the shared folder [wait for it] the exact size as "Other Users" 270 GB.
