We’re other users like you, and not Apple.

Nobody is going to provide free replacements for lost phones.

Find My can locate devices that are online, and have battery, and network communications.

Find My cannot locate devices that are offline, out of communications, battery depleted, or broken up for parts.

If your other devices are dropping offline, one potential cause is a compromised Apple ID: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

Some scammers and thieves will try to phish the Apple ID and password. That doesn’t end well for the device owner, if the password is exposed.

Report the loss to local police, if that is an option.
