"Cannot Start Family Sharing".. very frustrating

Am trying to manage my family sharing. I have 7 devices, all are up to date with software and other updates.


Each time I try to do this I get an error message on each of my devices that says:


Cannot Start Family Sharing

"myemail@gmail.com" is already being used for shared purchases in "MY NAME's" family. Ask "ME" to send you an invitation to join family sharing.


I got this error message on each of my 7 devices.


I saw another post saying to go to appleid.apple.com.


I did this and when I click on the Family Sharing section I get this:


I have refreshed lots of times but no change.


Can anyone help with next steps?
