My region is USA. i want to change iit.

My iphone apple id is set the USA by mistake. I want to change it to another country. How can i do that?

Log out of the iTunes Store and back in. If that doesn't work, click here and follow the instructions to change the country.

Thank you for this helpful reply. But to unsubscribe, the instructions say that I need to spend my remaining balance. It is only $0.44, and I don't know how to spend it. Is there any way to just cancel it as I don't need it?
