You enabled the Find My option on the phone.....and....the phone has good battery power.....and....the phone has a good Internet connection......then.....you might be able to see the phone on a map.
www.icloud.com/find Enter your Apple ID and Password
But.....if the battery has run down.....or.....the phone does not have an Internet connection at its current location, the info on the map will show the phone as "Offline". Nothing more you can do except keep trying.
