i need to unpair my apple watch but i don’t have the device to unpair it.. what do i do

Hi there!

To do this you will need to factory reset your Apple Watch. To do so follow these steps. Just remember, this will activation lock your Apple Watch so have your Apple ID user and pass ready.

On your Apple Watch, tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
