My iPhone 14 Pro Max is hacked or has a virus

Hi, so I have a iPhone 14 promax and my phone is hacked or has a virus or to be honest with you. I really do think it’s my wife she does know my password i’m sure of it this year alone. I’ve been locked out of my Apple account for 10 months out of the 12 months my passwords keep getting changed photos. Keep getting deleted apps keep getting downloaded. I don’t know what to do. I tried calling Apple they won’t help Verizon. They won’t help. I try to getting a second phone with all new accounts and it’s just a matter of time before that phone starts acting exactly like this one. What do I need to do? Please help
