Upgraded iCloud storage to 50mb. Phone not recognizing the update and I can’t do any upgrades

Buying iCloud space doesn't increase the storage size on your phone, your phone's storage is a fixed size. If you can't update because you're out of room on your phone, you're going to have to delete stuff to make room.

New iCloud Sessions:

Log out of iCloud on all of your devices, and then log back in. Perhaps it all needs to re-sync?
