iTunes account creation not allowed.
I add my account to new Mac device but I cannot use App Store to get apps.
what is the problem?

Let's see if we can help so you can enjoy using your new Mac. Did you have any trouble setting up or signing into your Apple ID account when setting up the Mac?
This is a good article for this issue: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple Services.
Here are three of the four steps listed:
- Check the system status page to make sure there aren't any outages. Apple - System Status - Apple Support
- Make sure there is a good connect to the internet.
- Check to make sure the date and time are correct found in the System Settings.
If you still can't connect you will want to reach out to Apple Support so they can look into this with you. Just go to Get Support.
