I have a new iPhone 14 pro which doesn’t connect to Bluetooth speaker

first time a bluetooth headset or speaker is connected to it first have to be put into pairing/discovery mode

how one goes about doing so differ from speaker to speaker it should be on the documentation or on the manufacturer website
