Unable to sign into FaceTime and Messages on my iPad

Only recently I have been unable to sign into FaceTime and IMessages with my Apple ID and Password

If you have tried all of the steps in the related article, follow step 4 under the section titled 'Still not activated after a day?':


"Contact Apple Support."
