Select all text in a document

'Select all' is more difficult to access than before. Millions of users think it is gone. This works in almost all apps

Position cursor | at beginning by tapping/clicking. Tap same spot again. Slowly double tapping a blank space has the same effect. Hey presto 'select all' appears.
