Can i get back my deleted photos? I mean pernamently. I need it.

If you have deleted them more than 30 days ago, there is no way to recover them if you don't have a backup.

If you have deleted them less then 30 days ago you can find them in the recently deleted album

Yes, if you created a backup of those pictures before deleting them.

No backup = No recovery, sorry.
