When I search in spotlight it now shows .app behind all apps, how do I do so it dosent shows that? It was a mistake I maked in the settings, but somehow I dont remember how

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.1
Finder Settings > Advanced > [ ] Show all filename extensions.
That will drop the .app extensions in Spotlight.
Spotlight will be more focused on applications if you used the following syntax:
kind:app
because just typing ap causes Spotlight to scan all of its Search categories for a string matching "app" including document contents. Not very efficient.
