Font Color Change on Home Screen

Can the font color on iPhone 13 (ios 16.1.2) home screen be changed from white to black?

It is not possible to manually change the color of the font on the home screen, just as you can change the color of the clock on the lock screen. But if your wallpaper is bright enough, iOS will change the color from white to black, making it easier to read.
