How do I get rid of robo killer? Am I paying for it if it is still blocking calls? I can't get emergency calls from my grandson's schools if they should call. My daughter listed me on their emergency list. I also can't get all my doctor calls. I hate robo killer!

When I get a message from robo killer it has a button to de-activate it and I click it and nothing shows up on their message. It says something about it not being a good number or something like that.
