i have called support, they never would mention it when i say something of it, but talk around it, i find things like xcode, tracker nfc tags, ect.

And as I try to log in again, the password, security, and recovery information are no longer valid preventing me to access it. I have tried to get help from the Apple store genius bar but I was just told that NO ONE can hack Apple products and was just insulted and embarrassed in front of other people. One thing that I have noticed is that Siri, shortcuts, customized accessibility commands, and scripts are being utilized. I have tried to disable and erased some of it but it just keeps coming back and automatically runs in the background. Voice commands, keyboard shortcuts, using an overlay to cover up what's on the page, specific settings that are somehow not showing up and can't be found anywhere, and videos being edited to show half part of it just blackout or just simply deleted. The edits were done within minutes of me taking it or upon reviewing it and as soon as I noticed that I captured something I'm not supposed to. I have changed iPhones, Android Phones, Laptops, Sim cards, and carrier services but to no avail. Someone close to me is giving this person access not only to my electronic devices but also to my car and my house which I believe now has listening devices if not a spy camera. I only want recommendations on how to somehow protect my iPhone, enough for me to sign up for a new private and secure online account and conduct transactions that are mine alone. Maybe an app that monitors and logs the activity and system settings/configuration. That can also block the changes that are being made remotely. I have no proof as I don't know how to capture evidence to get this person. Please be kind in your comments and only note what might be helpful and not just opinions. I'm already grateful for whoever takes the time to read this. Additional facts: my battery overheats fast, my iPhone is so slow, and the wifi/cell just gets disconnected and won't work at times. Contact info for a specific person and mine keeps changing... Landlines would be available for Facetime and mobile numbers won't accept calls or will suddenly show as a Voice or not available with iMessage. My previous number is somehow being used on Skype, Voice, Viber, and iPhone. My devices are showing as running on MAC IOS and/or Apple Watch on the Apple account website. There are no additional devices logged in but one and the name will still be under an old name even after I updated the device name already. Logs that show Voice Memo, Notes, Calendar, and Tasks are being used a lot even though I don't use them. Emails and Social media accounts that seemed to be under my name but have no clue about it. I accidentally logged in to a Google account I didn't know about, but the next day it says that there was no such account... Although, I somehow got the info that it might be a child account. Old accounts I have deleted now are still active but have totally different info and recovery. I'll suddenly see shortcut commands that appear to be based on what I exactly said or do as if I am being recorded. There were incidents before where safari would suddenly open up and every word I say will show in the search bar.

If you feel an unauthorized person is remotely controlling or monitoring your device, then that is possible only if you have done one or more of the following Don'ts...

Don't hand over an iPhone to kids or to a stranger without Enabling Guided Access
Don't share Apple IDs
Don't Jailbreak
Don't share sensitive information pertaining to your device
Don't give in to Phishing
Don't leave your iPhone unlocked and unattended in public places like offices, schools, malls, etc.

If you find unknown apps or suspect some fictitious activities on your device quickly change the Apple ID Password and Return iPhone settings to their defaults.
