why did my albums delete
my albums deleted when I re-subrcribed to apple music and that has never happened until now . How do I get my albums back?

If your iCloud Music Library for Apple Music has been reset then no, you cannot get the albums or playlists back. You should retain anything stored locally in your library that wasn't from the Apple Music service, and you purchase history. Unhidden purchases should be visible. Hidden purchases can be unhidden.
