Hi there Woy_Dz,

If your photos aren't showing as expected on the iCloud website, let's first ensure that you set up iCloud Photos on your devices using the recommendations outlined here: Set up and use iCloud Photos

If this is how you set up iCloud Photos, check the sync status on your devices next. If you are using an iOS or iPadOS device, open the Photos app. From the bottom left, tap Library. Tap All Photos, then scroll to the bottom of the screen to view iCloud sync status.

If you are using a Mac, open the Photos app. From the left sidebar, select Library. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to view sync status.

Let us know if you see an error message in the sync status area or if you are trying to accomplish something else with iCloud Photos. We'll use that information to further isolate this behavior.

Thanks!

Hi Woy_Dz,

So you're able to view the photos by using Chrome on your iPhone, but previously you mentioned that you were unable to view the photos using Chrome. Are you using a computer while using Chrome? If you're using a VPN connection on your computer and a third party security software, you may want to disable these features to see if that helps.

Kind regards.

Hi, sorry for late reply. Yes, previously, I used chrome on my laptop, and I couldn't watch my photos. When I login to iCloud via chrome on my smartphone then I see my photos. So as you suggested I turned off VPN connection and now I see my photos. Thanks ! One more thing. When I downloaded one of the photo from iCloud via my laptop I see that, the size and quality is different then I download it via chrome on my smartphone. Do you know maybe why ?

Woy_Dz,

If you're trying to download your photos in full resolution from iCloud.com, check out the link below.

Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support

Next, we'd like to show you how to perform the recommended troubleshooting steps via the link above. Please click to open the link, then read through the steps in the section titled "Download your photos and videos from iCloud.com."

1) On iCloud.com, click Photos.
2) Select the photos and videos that you want to download.
3) Click and hold the download button  in the upper-right corner of the window. If you want to download your content as it was originally captured or imported, choose Unmodified Original. For JPEG or H.264 format — including edits, and even if it was orginally in HEIF or HEVC format — choose Most Compatible.
4) Click download.

We recommend the steps above because they will show you how to download copies of your photos and videos in full resolution from iCloud.com.
