Can you put Control Center in Dark Mode

The new light grey look of the control center/menu bar is extremely distracting. I would like to change it back to the dark grey translucent it was previously but cannot find a setting to do so.

They just blended into the dark color of the translucent menu bar. Personally, I like the light mode, but when using a dark wallpaper, the menu bar reverts to dark mode with white font. When it does, the Bluetooth and WiFi icons disappear (if turned off). All you can see is the slash through them. See the pix below. You must use a light colored wallpaper in order to get the light menu bar with dark font. Here's a work around. Pick whatever image you like and add a narrow white stripe across the top of it. Now select that image for your wallpaper and and you will get a light menu with dark font; like this. The image that I used to achieve this is shown below. I made it using Preview in edit mode. How to set the menu bar to transparent (or translucent) In Ventura: my menu bar is solid black regardless of what color wallpaper I use. I'd like it to be transparent (or translucent, whichever is correct).

Title bars color in Finder & Apps in Monterey, ability to change? I just upgraded to Monterey & if Light Mode is selected, which I prefer, the Title bars in Finder windows & Apps are White instead of Gray like they used to be, as is the sidebar in Finder. I looked around for & tried all kinds of different things/options in System Prefs & found a couple of settings that provide a little change for what I'm looking for, both under Accessibility > Display... Reduce transparency - by checking this box, it actually eliminated the transparency of the Menu Bar & made it solid medium gray, which is exactly what I wanted & prefer, it also got rid of the transparency/opaqueness of the Finder sidebar, however, the Finder sidebar & Title bar are still a very light gray or white, without much contrast when it's the selected window. Increase contrast - when this box is checked buttons, panes in the same window & tabs get a black or very dark gray outline, which is not at all what I'm looking for or prefer, nor does it actually change/increase the contrast, all that does is outline things which assists in viewability...does nothing for contrast (color) which is misleading, that selection should actually be called Increased or Enhance(d) Viewability...THIS DOES NOTHING TO CHANGE THE CONTRAST AS IT RELATES TO COLOR/SHADE... The Accent & Highlight color options in the General section in Prefs are great, WHY are those the ONLY 2 GUI window items that can change ?...WHY...it's not hard to add a few more window related items to that list with the ability to change between 8-10 colors, when the base/core is already there... I'm sure that would be a lot more useful to more users, & long time users at that, than a bunch of other ridiculous things...for instance what does "Allow wallpaper tinting in windows" actually do?, from what I can tell, very very little, it took me awhile to even notice anything until I changed (selected/deselected) some other settings, it's ridiculous.. The wallpaper is a background image, I don't particularly want or care to see that translucency/transparency while I'm working in a window that needs to be or I prefer to be a solid background with the different sections/panes of the window, like a titlebar, sidebar or menubar that contain settings &/or working tools, distinguishable by being a darker shade of gray, etc... Dark mode is fine if that's your thing, but not everybody prefers that extreme contrasting style & look for everything... Does anybody know of a work around or any way to possibly help me achieve my goal Thanks in advance

Thank you! Your example also helped as it shows it is possible to have it be different colors. I changed my background to something with a dark upper and it pulled in that color rather than bright grey from the sky behind it.
