Request a refund

I had request a refund for a year plan of VSCO but I was rejected by apple 2 times, then I chat with the supervisor to solve my problem, however I had a mistake to quit out during the conservation and no longer to connect with the one I chat. What can I do know.

Try to get contact again with the supervisor.
