Finding the macOS on Another Device:

A. Go Here: Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support


B. View On your iPhone:

If you have an iPhone associated to the same Apple ID, perform the following on the iPhone...

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: your name (top item)
  3. Scroll Down: the page
  4. Tap: your Mac
  5. View: the version
