my iphone screen showing random white rectangle/box especially when i woke up in the morning, sometimes it shows on different app. what can i do to fix this?

Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
