None of my apps will update and I can’t download any new ones. App Store app just stalls at spinning grey circle. I have logged out of App Store, logged out of Apple ID, reset all phone, and logged back in. Sometimes I can download one app then it stalls again.

Please check:
You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
Can’t download -
Try a different wifi network; office, library, coffeeshop.
