I have iphone 13 and I want to add esim but the option of adding add mobile plan is not shown. So I cannot add the esim!! is there any solution to this issue

This A2634(MLDW3CH/A) is a Chinese model. The Chinese government does not allow eSims, as such devices meant for that region do not support eSims.
Your iPhone 13 supports 2 physical SIM cards only.

I bought iPhone in Belarus.
Model number is A2634(MLDW3CH/A).
I attached screenshot of mobile data. There is no “add eSim” button(((
Where was this iPhone purchased? What is the model number shown in Settings ➜ General ➜ About ➜ Model?
What do you see when you go to Settings ➜ Mobile? Do you see a second physical sim?
