Can I increase the mouse percentage to see a larger one?
If you want a larger percentage, you will have to charge the mouse.
Presuming that you have a Magic Mouse 2, charge your mouse following the instructions located in Charge a Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse 2, or Magic Trackpad 2 with Mac.
If you don't have a Magic Mouse 2, refer to Change Magic Mouse batteries.
That interface changed in macOS Ventura. "System Preferences" was changed to "System Settings" as described in Customize your Mac with System Settings.
Click on System Settings in the Dock or under the Apple Menu. It will open with appearance highlighted and the mouse should be in the left-hand pane. Click on the mouse and the battery percentage should be at the top of the right pane under Mouse. See below:

As displayed in your screen shot, and indicated by the red arrow in my screenshot, below the "percentage of the battery" appears in a different location.
Bob, If you mean to make the actual mouse cursor larger, here is the link on the Apple Web site:

You can also just click the bluetooth icon in the top bar. It should show the battery percentage of the mouse and keyboard.
Can I increase the mouse percentage to see a larger one?
Settings>Accessibility>Vision>Display
The percentage listed under Mouse is the state of charge of the battery of the mouse.
Thx for helping me, everybody
