Hi I am trying to update my apps and download new ones but receive this message when ever I try. I have also attempted to buy more

store from iCloud and receive the some message. What. Am I do to fix this

iPhone 12, iOS 16

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.
