I just recently purchased the latest iMac and would like to sync the music that is currently on the app to my iPhone 14. Please, PLEASE do not tell me I need to subscribe to "Apple Music" in order for me to be able to sync. There just HAS to be another way!

Wait a minute. My brain is having trouble processing this. So, if i want to sync music from the Music app to my iPhone, I do so through Finder?? And not through the Music app?!
How can I sync my music using the new Music app??
