I need to do a two step verification but do not have access to my old phone what can I do?
Along with your Apple ID, you have Trusted Devices and one or more Trusted Numbers. The phone number you registered with your Apple ID is your trusted number. If you don't have a Trusted Device (another device signed in with your Apple ID), you can use your phone number.
When you sign in with your Apple ID, you will be asked to enter a 6-digit code. Below the code, there is a button called something like "Didn't get your code?" - select it and choose to have the code sent as an SMS.
