can't sign in with my Apple ID

I can no longer sign in to my Apple ID from System settings. Also received 'failed to load devices' error. I removed all managed devices from my Music account, since none of them were my current computer. Can't add my device; can't sign in. Just updated to Ventura, but don't know if this is related.

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. We're happy to look into this with you. When you say you can't sign in, would you explain exactly what happens? If you are receiving any error messages, what does it say exactly? Many times, the error message received, can directly lead our research to the best solution.
