Why does focus do not disturb function keep turning itself on? Even after I delete the schedule that it automatically creates over and over again? I never want this function to turn on, how do I turn it off forever?

Probably you have enabled Smart Activation.
Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb > [Scroll Down] > Smart Activation > Delete Scedule > Delete Schedule
Do the above for all Focus >> Personal, Sleep, Work, etc.
