my child’s apple card was restricted and they’re under 18 but I run the card how can I undo the restriction?

My child was messing with her apple pay settings and tried to verify her identity, but since she’s under 18 It was restricted. How do I make it unrestricted because thats the payment method she uses when she’s out with friends and now I don’t know if she’ll have a way to buy things since it was more convenient than handing her cash 24/7.
