Headphones lowering music in the sun/wired phones connecting via bluetooth

I researched this community for answers regarding headphones lowering automatically on their own and discovered it's when you're using wired Bluetooth lightning headphones, if they have a volume up and down switch on one of the cords, when that switch is in the sun, it will automatically lower your volume to zero. You can pump the volume back up and then keep your hand over that switch for the duration of you being in the sun but that is ridiculous. Two questions why does this happen, and are there any wired cables for lightning port that do not use Bluetooth that come without the volume up and down switch on the cord? To me that's the only solution. I have since covered the volume up down switch with black electrical tape and that stopped it. But, the reason I bought wired headphones is NOT to use bluetooth, any way to get them to connect without using bluetooth or is that because it's a lightning port?

About headphone notifications and volume

Listening to audio on your headphones too loud for too long can damage your hearing. Headphone Notifications let you know if your audio exposure has been loud enough for long enough to affect your hearing—for example, over 80 decibels (dB) for 40 hours total within the last 7 days.

Your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch can now alert you when you’ve exceeded 100% of the 7-day exposure limit while wearing headphones.* These notifications give you more awareness of your listening habits to help you protect your hearing. When you receive a notification, you’ll hear a chime, and your volume will turn down automatically. You can dismiss the notification and turn your volume back up if you choose.

*The 7-day exposure limit applies only to media audio. Phone calls do not count towards your headphone audio exposure.

Check the Screen Time Restrictions, first, Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Reduce Loud Sounds

Then watch this GIF made on iPhone SE (1st Gen) iOS 14.2. Watch till the end.

Yes, I have already done all that. That does not provide a solution to the problem. There is a problem others have had with these corded headsets that have a volume switch on the cord. It will automatically turn down the volume in the sun when you have all the settings turned to off in your phone and this also does not answer the question of why is a corded headset connecting as a Bluetooth item?
