Keyboard missing when trying to add new Google email account

In Settings > Mail > Accounts I'm trying to add a new Google Gmail account. When I tap on Add Account I get the Google sign-in screen, but the keyboard doesn't appear, so, I can't sign in. I tried restarting Settings and the iPhone, but, the problem persists. Is this a new bug in iOS 16.3.1? Below is a screen cap of the sign-in page.

I'm not using any special keyboards or anything, just the standard iOS keyboard.
