Font

I want to change the system font? Its an english font but its easier for me to read is there a way to change it to be this on most apps? not just my keyboard?

How to remove foreign language fonts forever selecting non-essential, non system fonts in font book and trying to file-remove does not work. How does one remove all the non system fonts at one time? How does one remove all the foreign language fonts at one time? Apple used to provide lists of essential system fonts for each new OS. Searching for that list turns up nothing. Apple has long made fonts that conflict with professional fonts I need to use. Why won't they allow me to modify this lousy system so that I can actually use it for work?

Deleting system fonts. Font Book did not automatically display System Fonts. The user guide did not include that they have to be active in instructions. Tried a sundry of methods to delete them, target disk mode, reinstalling Sonoma, and then some... To remove system fonts: Open Font Book / Settings / Sidebar / Activate “System Fonts” by checking box if not Highlight System Fonts in sidebar Return to Settings / Advanced / Reset Fonts MacBook Pro M1, 16” 2021 / Sonoma 14.0

It is not possible to change the system font. You can change the text size and make the text bold.

Go to: Settings > Screen & Brightness. Find Text Size, and Bold Text.
