Can I add music to my iphone from a usb drive instead of the apple store?
You could add the music from the USB drive to your computer and then sync those songs to the iPhone:

You can add music by syncing it to the phone using iTunes on your computer. You can not add music directly from a USB drive to the music app on the phone.
