Why aren't text messages sending from my Mac? iMessages are going thru, but not messages to non-phone users. I have disabled and re-enabled all of the things and restarted and restarted. I am updated on all.

It sounds as if Text Message Forwarding may have gotten turned off on your iPhone. See here:
