App Store Missing

My App Store got missing from my IPhone 12 Pro, not to be found in the App Library even everything in the iTunes & App Store Purchases is allow but still can’t find it. Currently I can’t download or update any app.


What should i do ?

Use App Library to search the App Store app, see -> Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone

  • If you have find the app, tap & hold on the app, then drag to the Home screen & drop it.

How do I contact them?

Do you mean how to contact your company - IT department?

Surely you know the company where you work.

If you purchased the iPhone 2nd hand with an MDM profile, you need to contact the company or the seller.

Company telephone may not be sold before the MDM profile has been removed.

Perhaps you have purchased a stolen iPhone.

A question: Do you have a MDM profile?

If so, you need to contact your company - IT department.


Ifyou have a MDM profile, the App Store is disabled and its icon is removed from the Home Screen. 

The iTunes Store is disabled and its icon is removed from the Home Screen. Users can’t preview, purchase or download content.
