Do you mean how to contact your company - IT department?

Surely you know the company where you work.

If you purchased the iPhone 2nd hand with an MDM profile, you need to contact the company or the seller.

Company telephone may not be sold before the MDM profile has been removed.

Perhaps you have purchased a stolen iPhone.

Here is screen time enabled, and content and privacy restrictions disabled. I can’t even get into the display you’ve shown (and shown enabled). If you even have that display, then screen time is seemingly enabled, so again, please turn off screen time, and check for the app store again…

That’s usually because the Screen Time / Focus / Parental Controls mechanism has been enabled, and the app store app isn’t among the listed as accessible within the selected mode.

Check your settings and add the app store, or temporarily disable whichever aspect of that mechanism is enabled.

If so, you need to contact your company - IT department.

Ifyou have a MDM profile, the App Store is disabled and its icon is removed from the Home Screen. 

The iTunes Store is disabled and its icon is removed from the Home Screen. Users can’t preview, purchase or download content.
