Family Sharing names randomly changed

I have family sharing set up between myself and my sons iPad.

Randomly the other day the family sharing on my phone says my sons name, and my wife’s name as the organiser even though it’s my Apple ID email and it says (me)!

Also checked my sons iPad and the names have changed on that to Dad as the organiser and my sons name also says Dad (me) aged 7?

still have not been able to resolve the problem.

both our Apple ID logins and emails are correct but the names are totally different.
