Lost Passwords

I was signing out of my iCloud account and into an old one to recover some old purchases from my other account. I didn’t understand what “keychain” was and chose “don’t merge” now back on my current iCloud, I have lost all my saved passwords. Is there any way for me to recover them? (I wanted Minecraft)
