Iphone Won’t charge

I’ve got an older phone,6s+ i think, and when i plug it in it shows that it is charging but it never turns on.I’ve cleaned the port and the charger is new.The battery was pretty bad even when it turned on.Is there any way to fix this?

Your battery is at the end of its life, time to replace it.

Batteries degrade over time with usage due to chemical aging, that's just how they work.

You can expect about a 1% drop per month with average use on an iPhone.

Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%. To check your battery health, go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
