iMessages FaceTime, signed out!

I got signed out of iMessages and FaceTime it says verification failed I used apples support page, it didn’t work I use the network method, the airplane mode method, and I tried going to settings and opening messages to turn it on and off but it doesn’t show that option it only shows “sign in” which doesn’t work and “change Apple ID” I changed it but it didn’t work I tried resetting my network settings and it didn’t work I also reseted my whole iPad gen5 and it didn’t work I powered my iPad off 3+ times and no surprise it didn’t work, I was randomly signed out after I went outside and my iPad was charging my network was fine! Please help me because I need to text and FaceTime this is extremely frustrating and I can’t open up the iMessage signed out message because it only shows the iCloud sign in thing and I can’t open or interact with anything besides that.
