How can I recover my deleted messages

See this support article:--> Recover deleted text messages on your iPhone or iPad , bearing in mind that this new feature is valid only if you deleted those messages while using iOS 16 or later on your iPhone.

• iOS 16 must be installed on your iPhone
• The messages must have been deleted.......after......you installed iOS 16
• The messages must have been deleted no more than 30 days ago

Messages that meet this requirement will appear under Recently Deleted when you tap the Edit button in Messages.

If the messages are not in Recently Deleted, then they are gone.
