No one here can help you with that. Apple cannot help either. You will have to contact the carrier that the iPhone is locked to and inquire about the requirements to get the iPhone unlocked. Only the carrier can do that for you.

Sprint is the only one who can unlock it, but they are under no obligation to.
Do not pay third party companies to unlock your phone, they may be able to unlock it temporarily bit as soon as the next update comes along, it will lock up again.

Yes I check 2 sites with the name of Express-unlock and direct-unlock, Express unlock is asking for you 28$ then they will ask for stander services which is cost around 42$ + you might need to buy Premium service after 20 hours they are asking 240$ for premium service. I don't know what to do it is sprint locked. please any one can help.
