Reset my iPhone for my child to use and it switched to remote management

I bought a used I phone 6se in 2018. I used it without any problem- set it up to my account and everything.

In November 2022 I let my daughter use it - just by signing it with a new Apple ID. just today we decided to do a complete wipe and start from scratch with the apps that she has decided she likes.

when I did a complete reset and manual set up- I got a message that the phone was under remote management from kaiser. Now the phone is stuck at a company portal login page and I can’t do anything.

Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?
1. Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you
