Drives keep sleeping with Ventura 13.2.1

Community, I keep having problems with my RAID going to sleep every minute or so using Venture 13.2.1.

  1. I thought it was my CalDigit TS4 causing the problem, but I connected the RAID directly to my M2 Max MacBook Pro and the problem persisted.
  2. OWC suggested I do the command caffeinate -m, but that did't work either.
  3. My energy settings have been set to never let a drive go to sleep and the issue persists.
  4. My MacBook Pro is in clamshell mode (just mentioning in case this is part of the issue) as it's being used as a desktop with a separate display, keyboard, and mouse when this is happening.
  5. This is horrible when editing as the drive keeps spinning down.
  6. This did not happen with my 2013 Mac Pro using the same RAID on the latest version of mac OS Monterey.

Computer: MacBook Pro 16” M2 Max

OS: macOS Venture 13.2.1

Connection: Thunderbolt 4
