Unstoppable spam mail in Apple Mail

In Apple mail, how do you stop spam who regenerates their "from" name with different numbers each time it emails me, thereby not being able to be blocked or rerouted in mail settings. How to stop?

I think it is not possible to add regular expressions and their like to the Mail-Spam-Filter, but you could give Spam-Sieve a try. https://c-command.com/spamsieve/

Here is an instruction to set it up for Apple Mail: https://c-command.com/spamsieve/manual#setting-up-apple-mail

Another approach would be to pass your Mails through Google Mail and simply forward them to your iCloud-Account. Google Mail has a pretty good spam-filter which works quite good and even if you forward mails from there, it will not forward the spam.

Has the User explored logging into the Web Portal of your E-mail Server

Then looking around if they offer something like in below images

Some E-mail Servers may offer to Block e-mail address and or Domain Names (the part after the @ in the address)

If so, this would be a Server Side Block and the spammers e-mail would never arrive in you Inbox

The below will not cut down on Spam e-mails nor will it eliminate Spam e-mails.

Though, it may present some insights as to how exposed your e-mail address may be to Bad Actor Spammers.

E-mail addresses are Bought and Sold on the internet for various reasons including Sold to Spammers.

That is how they make their money.

I have done some testing on some personal e-mail addresses as well as on family members e-mail addresses

Was floored by the results.

Some were exposed by Data Breaches from some will Known Software Developers and even from my Own ISP.

You can only mitigate your exposure in the future and deal wth this Spam as an “ After to Fact  “ situation
