One AirPod sound quality severely degraded

My left AirPod has lost almost all sound quality, unless the volume on my phone is turned all the way up. The right one works perfectly. I have tried the reset trick suggested, and nothing happened with it.

Troubleshooting AirPods Balance:

A. Maneuvering these:

Wiggle the AirPod around a little bit in your ear.
